Our Story
TinDzi • banh mi pickles (Vietnamese Đồ Chua)
A Vietnamese Classic, Made for Today
TinDzi (tin-zee) began with a simple idea: take the bright, refreshing crunch of Vietnamese Banh Mi Pickles and make it easy to enjoy far beyond the Banh Mi sandwich.

The Heritage of Đồ Chua (Doh-choo-ah)
A bright contrast, rooted in Vietnamese food
Đồ Chua is a traditional Vietnamese preparation of pickled carrots and daikon. Its balance of sweetness, acidity and crunch brings contrast to rich, savory foods, and it is especially familiar as an essential accompaniment to Banh Mi sandwiches.
It is a Vietnamese culinary tradition that TinDzi celebrates.

Why TinDzi Banh mi pickles
A little crunch can change a meal
We love the role Đồ Chua plays in Vietnamese food: something so simple can completely transform a meal. The crisp carrots and daikon bring brightness, acidity and refreshing crunch to every bite.
TinDzi's Banh Mi Pickles was created to make that experience more accessible. Instead of thinking of Đồ Chua as something reserved for Banh Mi, we saw something much more versatile—a premium accompaniment that belongs just as naturally on rice bowls, tacos, burgers, sandwiches, salads, grilled meats and charcuterie.
Tradition Meets Versatility
Banh Mi Pickles. And So Much More.
TinDzi respects the Vietnamese roots of Đồ Chua while inviting you to enjoy it creatively with foods from many different cuisines.
The goal is not to reinvent Đồ Chua, but to introduce more people to it and expand the occasions in which they enjoy it.
